The Fortnite Reboot Rally started up once again last week. It gives fans the opportunity to bring their friends back into the game and really boost their XP. This is pretty good news with a battle pass well underway in the game! With individual quests and additional goals, this is a great way to farm XP and farm levels.
Not only are you going to be gaining the regular battle pass XP and gaining those rewards but you’ll have some extra treats to keep you coming back. As always with Fortnite, the more you play, the more you’ll earn.
How to take part in the Fortnite Reboot Rally
Of course, there are some pretty specific criteria to fulfil to take part. Fortnite certainly aren’t out here trying to make it easy for you to grind out those levels without putting some work in. Don’t worry though, it’s not hard to get started. To take part in the Fortnite Reboot Rally, you’ll need to:
- Have a friend who has played less than 2 hours of Fortnite in the last 30 days before December 12th.
- You must have played more than 2 hours in the same time frame.
If you’re not sure, you’ll be able to check if you’re eligible. To do this, head over to your friends list and see if the reboot symbol is next to their name. It looks a little like a standard shut down button on a PC – but doesn’t have the same purpose! If you party up with them, you’ll automatically be able to take part in the quests.
Since a brand new season has already started too, the Fortnite Reboot Rally is a great opportunity to try out the best weapons in chapter 4.
Quests – what do you actually need to do?
It goes without saying that it’s in Epic’s best interests to make the Fortnite Reboot Rally as fun as possible. That means that fans are expecting varied and challenging quests. There’s a fine line between a fun challenge and something too difficult.
Fortnite has definitely aired on the side of caution though. The quests will change every day, so it’s worth your time to check in every day. Some quests are as easy as earning XP from different game modes. Others are a little more challenging! Keep checking in every day to find the ones that work for you.
The most important part: Fortnite Reboot Rally rewards
There’s no point having all these special events in Fortnite without some exciting rewards! Simply by playing with your rebooted friend, you can start work on the Rally Quests and Bonus Goals to earn some new features for your locker:
- 50 points: On Focus Emoticon
- 100 points: Controlled Focus Wrap
- 150 points: Vision Board Glider
- 200 points: Snikt! Snikt! Emote.
If My Hero Academia isn’t really your thing, this may serve as a better way to get rewards you’ll actually like and enjoy playing for.
It’s worth remembering that you won’t be able to earn the new rewards alone. Even if you complete the challenges, they won’t count unless you’re in a party with your friend. Keep your eye on the Quest page to monitor your progress and claim rewards.
