Top 5 Landing Spots in Warzone 2.0 | Al Mazrah Guide & Locations

It has been almost a month since Warzone 2.0 was released, and players are still debating the best spots to land in Al Mazrah. Let’s be honest – it’s a massive map, and there are plenty of points of interest to sink your teeth into. With more open buildings than ever before and a truly diverse landscape, zeroing in on the top five landing spots in Warzone 2.0 wasn’t an easy task. However, with this guide, you’ll be able to get your boots on the ground and – hopefully – win a little more consistently.

It’s worth highlighting two things – firstly, the ‘best’ landing spots in Warzone 2.0 are quite subjective, and one man’s trash is another man’s treasure. Secondly, in Warzone 2.0, most of the loot (and loot locations) will be more or less randomised, meaning you might find chests and top-tier weapons and items in the same place every time.

Regardless, let’s take a look at the best landing spots in Warzone 2.0 – Al Mazrah is calling.

What Are The Top 5 Landing Spots in Warzone 2.0?

There are countless spots across the Al Mazrah map where a player could land – here are our top five.

Zaya Observatory

Located in the centre of Al Mazrah, Zaya Observatory is one of the best landing spots in Warzone 2.0 because of where you can go once you’ve landed there. It’s one of the highest points of interest in Al Mazrah, and as such, it commands a fantastic position over the rest of the map. There are plenty of buildings ripe for looting, but as it’s such a high point, you can land faster than most other players, gear up, and relocate quickly.

Rohan Oil

Rohan Oil is located a little further towards the edges of the map, which means it’s not an immensely popular location. That’s something that you can use to your advantage, as there’s plenty of loot to be secured in Rohan Oil’s warehouses and offices. Once you’ve got yourself equipped, secured a 3-Plate Armor Vest, and potentially a vehicle, you can head off to war.

Al Mazrah City

As one of the top landing spots in Warzone 2.0, Al Mazrah City is the perfect location for players looking to get into the thick of it as soon as possible. If you’re playing Warzone 2.0 solo, it may be a more challenging location to land in, but the sheer amount of locations thick with loot more than makes up for it. There’s no secret that the Warzone 2.0 map is already massive, but Al Mazrah truly is a beast of a location that’ll take hours to learn.

Hydro, as it’s known for short, is a brilliant location – and an attractive one, at that. It’s quite a central location, sitting at the base of the peak that houses Observatory, and it’s typically loaded with vehicles, contracts, and loot. It’s on the river, so if you need to hop into a boat to get deeper into the map, you can do so in a flash. It’s a low-lying landing spot, so it’ll take a few more seconds to reach it, but that’s not an issue.

Ahkdar Village

Finally, on our list of the top landing spots in Al Mazrah, we come to Ahkdar Village. This is another spot close to the Observatory point of interest, but it’s low-lying, unassuming, and it isn’t the most popular landing spot in the game by any means. It is, however, absolutely packed full of spots to loot, and given its central location, it’s a great starting point for any player, either a fresh gamer or a veteran competitor.
